Greetings!

• The ICFAI University, Nagaland was established as a private university in the state of Nagaland by ICFAI Society, a pan India based organization imparting quality higher education throughout the length and the breadth of the country with their large network of universities, premier business schools and other higher educational institutions.
• The University in Nagaland located in Sovima village in Dimapur in its permanent campus was notified by the Government of Nagaland, vide Department of Higher Education Notification No HE/9-2/2004 (Vol-I) dated 19th June 2008 under the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University (Nagaland) Act 2006 as amended, and further notified by the UGC vide their letter No F-8/15/2009 (CPP-1) dated 14th Nov 2009.
• The university functioning for over a decade and a half now, has been imparting quality higher education to the youth of the state at a very affordable cost to the parents who till then have been sending their children to far off places in India for higher education at very high costs. This is serving the very basic aim, objective and the purpose of establishing the university in the state. The university carved a niche for itself in the field of higher education in the state of Nagaland and is poised for large growth with its huge potential.
• My association with the state of Nagaland dates back to 1994 in general and with The ICFAI University, Nagaland in particular since 2008.
• I wish the university lots of success with still more great days ahead and God speed.
